All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. If a price changes after you have placed an order but before payment is confirmed, we are not obligated to honor the previous price.
Product availability is subject to stock levels. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and provide alternatives or cancel your order.

Due to the sensitive nature of our cosmetic and nail products, we do not accept any refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
All sales are final.

We deliver nationwide within South Africa. Shipping times and costs vary by location.
Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Soft Soil Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
